Chef Luc has spent the majority of his career as an executive chef with the Parliament of Canada and has cooked for such dignitaries as Queen Elizabeth and Pope John Paul II.

Now Chef Luc, brings handmade French pastries with a twist to South Florida. By utilizing the best ingredients available such as Belgian chocolate, European-style butter, imported water, and homemade fruit preserves, he can offer the best handmade and freshly baked croissants, bread, cookies, and more for purchase at local South Florida green markets.
